you can try the following OM main menu options to see if this does what you
want, it may or may not-
1. Settings->Scripting->Record Script2. Database->Import (Select
filetype)->Create a new database & follow the import procedure. 3. Database
made ok?->select the top of one of the several horizontal bars at the bottom of
the database to open up a profile display window. 4. Go to the top of one
of your database channels (columns), left click twice, select show profile,
repeat for other channels and your profile(s) should display. 5. Right
clicking in a profile display brings up several profile display options. 5. You
can keep pulling up new profile display windows from the bottom, split
displays, or display profiles in the same window. 6.
Settings->Scripting->Stop Recording
Scripts are text files with .gs extension, that can be viewed after creation
with a text editor. The above Geosoft commands should have been recorded in the
script, that can be re-played using Settings->Scripting->Run Script.

I am writing a script to bring in various filtered channels i want to plot
each channel after I bring it in having been filtered using slightly different
parameters , what GX do I call to effectively use the pop up menu SHOW PROFILE
, which GX do I call to profile the current active channel in the data base to
the profile window.
