Michal,
If you don't have a database to begin with but just a voxel, a database *.gdb 
can be created directly or created from an exported XYZ that's then imported 
into a GDB using the 3D->Voxel Conversion options below-


There would be other ways using other softwares like Excel too,  to create a 
spreadsheet file that could then be imported into a *.gdb to slice voxels for 
population with array values,

Thanks for the information, I wasn't aware of this feature til now.
It's not what I'm looking for though. The extraction from a 3D model is aimed 
at creating a database that doesn't exist yet (unlike the case described in the 
video, where the desired database already exists).
