Hm... I guess all I can say is that the log file indicated that everything patched correctly--that is, it listed the file names it was patching and there were no errors.
 
When I tried to reapply the patch, it recognized that it had already been applied and asked if I wanted to reverse it or apply it again.
 
This is what the problem is. Suggestions?
