I found another two packages with this problem :

libgtkhtml-2.3.5

compilation result : 

orbit-idl-2 2.12.0 compiling
  mode, show preprocessor errors, passes: stubs skels common headers
skel_impl imodule

gcc-config error: Could not run/locate "i386-pc-linux-gnu-gcc"
Error: Empty file
