        ... lol ...  believe it or not, I've encountered this misconception
before.  The oggs/mp3s are NOT on the CD, but konq makes it look that way in
order to make users more confortable I guess.  Its actually a decent way for
the KDE developers to let users do something slightly technical, with just a
drag-and-drop .....

a pgp key is something you generate with pgp/gpg (gnupg) and give out to people.
