The idea of Gentoo or 'Linux From Scratch' intrigue me but am not really sure of the difference between the two other than Gentoo having a system in place to keep your system current.
So is that the case, that after installing either one, basically I will end up with the same (excepting whatever software an individual chooses to add to the basic package) system, one that's been compiled on my system? -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
