Yes. I'm a fan of transparency, but there are many people with passionate views, so sometimes it's harder to have a calm discussion about social matters. If / when these discussions happen, remarks about various actions by specific people tends to escalate hostility. On the other hand, generalizations about how gentoo-related communication should occur isn't a "shots fired" or "touchy subject" situation. TL;DR - Public fighting doesn't help gentoo. -kuzetsa P.S.
