Hi, The set of Incubator Field Guides has grown significantly since my last email [1]. I’ve added about a dozen more and included notes on how they were created.
Taken together, the guides capture a range of recurring situations that come up during Incubator discussions. They’re distilled from five years of real mailing-list threads and are intended to make that accumulated experience easier to access, without needing to read through years of archived email. They’re meant to be helpful to both people new to the Incubator and experienced mentors and reviewers when familiar issues surface again. Feedback is welcome, especially if there are other recurring situations I’ve missed that are worth capturing.
