clearer, and I do not cover escalation. I will add those.

Your description of the Airflow experience shows how nuanced this can be. 
People who are not involved in a project often need to do some homework or have 
a conversation before reaching conclusions. Most vendor issues, once 
investigated, turn out to be innocent misunderstandings that are easily 
corrected or not issues at all. It is rare that we come across a real major 
one, but they do happen.
