Hi Justin, We have not finalized the PMC yet, but for sure it won't be comprised of Scalytics people only. We wanted to know if other things are in order before we form the PMC. We can let you know once we have our final decision.
But to make things crystal clear, why does it matter if the proposed chair is a member of Scalytics? The chair is supposed to be more of a contact point and not a leader: "the Chair is not the project leader but a peer among PMC members" this is stated here [1] Please explain the problem you are hinting at.
