I suggest you take a look at the director onboarding “quizzes”; they are more 
interactive and have different types of content, not just multiple-choice 
questions.

I’m not sure who you mean by “organiser” here. In Canvas, the host company 
cannot view anyone's scores, but people assigned as teachers can. It would be 
helpful to view a score to award badges or otherwise recognise people.

Anyone who is given teacher access to (as you have) can do that.

You can view the entire question bank, including questions, answers, and full 
details, by ticking the “Show Question Details” checkbox at the top of the 
question bank page, which allows for easy review.
