By details you mean a name and email address. The software is open source. There is a possibility of hosting this at the ASF or hosting it ourselves at a 3rd party hosting company. That however would require someone to maintain the server etc etc. Possibly another option is to get a sponsor or ASF to to pay for 3rd party hosting.
