Hi everyone, The Annotator podling has experienced minimal activity for some time, with limited PPMC oversight and declining user interest in continuing the project [1][2]. Given these factors, it appears the community is no longer viable, and it's appropriate to begin a vote on retiring the project.
Retirement is a normal part of the Apache Incubator process. Not all projects reach graduation, and winding down responsibly ensures clarity for users. It also allows contributors to focus their energy on active efforts while maintaining a healthy and sustainable Incubator. I'll leave this vote open for at least 72 hours.
