Hi Surafel, Thanks for reaching out. I had a quick look at the project — it appears to be in a very early stage. If you're considering proposing it for incubation at the ASF, I believe it might be a bit premature at this point.
Additionally, the project seems somewhat similar to BigTop-Manager [1]. If you haven't come across it yet, it might be worth exploring.
