Hi KAM, thanks for the guidance. I updated http://incubator.apache.org/projects/flagon.html. I'm not sure when this builds and ois published as I haven't contributed to the Incubator podling website in a while. Once it builds the IPMC will be able to clearly see that the Flagon PPMC has addressed all checklist items.
