My points are: 1. mentor review and sign-off steps are part of the podling's reporting step, and 2. give podlings to start their step after the end of the period, instead of before the end it
The suggestion I made earlier provides 2, while at the same time giving shepherds and I-PMC ample time to do their due diligence to provide their report to the board in time.
