Roman, You keep referring to the IPMC board report and saying that "it" is in the report and then you seem to be using "it" to refer to something else that you want. It isn't at all clear what "it" might be.
Are you asking for an update to the IPMC board report for October? That would seem to be the simplest explanation based on the text of what you said. Are you asking for something else?
