Regardless, this does not block a VOTE on proposing Gossip for the
Incubator. It is something which may resolve itself at a later date. I
would suggest that this bridge can be crossed when the Gossip incubating
community comes to it.

I'll look forward to the Champion opening a VOTE thread.
