Doing *that* would be straightforward. Take the set of mentors on currently
incubating projects, add the other half dozen who review releases, and set
everyone else to voluntary emeritus status. Done.

The only thing people are taking from this discussion is offense. Allusions
to problematic people or patterns- presented with too few details to
refute- are coy nonsense. Contact the person(s) directly, raise it on
private@ and fix it, or swallow your indignation and live with it.

If some group thinks they're held back by the current project and they want
to try something radically new, they should JFDI already and stop twisting
in the wind. -C
