Well, I assumed we also have a svn repo as well as we do svnpubsub for the site 
(although in batchee we use the maven-svn-publish plugin).
Also where should we commit our release source tar.gz files to?

Sounds to me like there is a hole in the process...

 IIRC
 those listings are based on asf-authorization-template,
 which
 BatchEE isn't in. Presumably that
 isn't strictly needed because
 BatchEE is
 a git-based project and it uses LDAP rather than the
 above
 auth file for authorization.
