Yes, or in the text of the original "[PROPOSAL] Kafka for the Apache
Incubator" message.  I wasn't subscribed to the list at the time so I
hoped appending a "Re: " would be enough for mail clients to figure out
the threading.  Sorry if it caused any confusion.
