Clearspring was persuaded by the excellent design document [1] to adopt Kafka for some of our recent internal products. That's gone well and we will likely have a significantly larger deployment in the near future.
As one of the earlier adapters of Kafka I've enjoyed watching it mature as a project and am excited to see this proposal. Looking forward to giving a +1.
