2. What about having the incubated project send the incubator PMC monthly status reports of what has happened, and more important, of the things done in the incubation process?
I think this is a good idea, because it helps the incubated project to refocus on its status. I would also send the same report to
the "Parent PMC", in our case the Cocoon PMC.
Would be good way to ensure the Parent PMC is tracking what is going on so that when the time comes to exit incubator, the people involved know what is going on.
Also a good way to get some accountability from the parent PMC as to the progress of the incubated project.
