changing the process requires more than just a few lines in uour documentation
in that case, it particularly adds an absolute abd systematic need for the Attic team to work with the retiring project to identify assets, and manage them with M&P when needed: we worked for years to be as self-sufficient as possible :) => Jira issue created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ATTIC-243 We'll need IMHO to create a new email template to send to the retiring PMC (on private@retiring) to as about it Let's try by hand for the next retirement, and see later how we'll make it part of the process automation to help us in the future Regards, Hervé Le jeudi 8 mai 2025, 20:22:25 CEST Melissa Logan a écrit : > Just returned from PTO.
