Hi Melissa,

The Attic Website has undergone a huge transformation in the last month.

The attic-site repository that you submitted your PR against was read-only
and our actual site was being maintained in Subversion.

We have now moved and the primary repository for the Attic Website is to
the following location:
   https://github.com/apache/attic/

We have also migrated away from the old XDOC anakia generated site to a new
technology set using Markdown and Jeykll and done some re-organisation of
the content.

The content that your original PR was submitted against now lives on the
following page in Markdown format:
    https://github.com/apache/attic/blob/main/process-howto.md

If you could re-work/re-submit your PR for that page that would be very
helpful, otherwise we will try to get round to looking at your changes when
one of the PMC members has time.

Regards

Niall
