based on experience learned from ATTIC-230, where is the authorization on Git
stored?
Does it differentiate branches (as we are interested in websites' HTML, not
source code)?
when working only on website HTML, I don't see the point in tagging: it's only
a website, we never tagged when we needed update for the "retired" banner.
we're not trying to maintain source code, just making sure website still works
as with svn-based websites, removing analytics is just a (non mandatory) ice
breaker, preparing for what will be more complex = fixing websites broken by
CSP enforcement, as ATTIC-235
