I see that you informed users in the past that the retirement would probably
happen https://lists.apache.org/[email protected]:2022-11 : do you
want to send a confirmation that retirement is now effective? or do you prefer
me to do it?
I'll later ask for your review of my work on retiring, to make sure every asset
is properly found
