The citation is apparently synthesized from the "creators" listed in
.zenodo.json. I'm not sure if it's valid to OSGeo as a creator. We could
also have "and other contributors" since I cut the list to top git
committers, which is quite . arbitrary. I'm not an academic person by
any means and the art of citation is unknown territory to me so I tend
the stick to someone more interested and versed in the subject to
improve on those first steps :-)
