Tested/compiled (1.7.0RC1 or a few revisions before) on various Linux 32 distros (Ubuntu 8.04 & 9.10 , Debian Lenny, Fedora 12, OpenSuse 11.1, Mandriva 2009.1, Centos 3.9, Centos 4.7, Centos 5.4), FreeBSD 8.0 32 bit and Ubuntu 8.04 64bit. Since the 1.7.0RC1 tag, I've fixed in the 1.7 branch a bug in the new Rasterlite driver - in the createcopy/overview creation code (#3339) - that could randomly lead to crashes especially on 32 bit environment. Probably not critical enough to postpone the release though.
