Motion: Adopt GDAL/OGR 1.7.0RC1 as Final Release. ---
Not having heard any significant immediate problems with the RC1, I am moving to adopt it as the official 1.7 release. I hope PSC members would do some testing before voting. I have done some preliminary testing on 32bit linux and found no serious issues. I will try to do some more testing on windows before I vote. I'm in China for a bit, and I'm a little confused about what will count as two business days in the west but I imagine the vote will close roughly on Tuesday.
