These are most probably not yet ready to go in, and merging too much stuff at the same time isn't a wise thing anyway. (the next proposal is likely to cause some dissent) What about moving 4.3 to stage 3 *now* and moving everything else in 4.4 instead? Hopefully, it will be a matter of just a few months.
