This is true, and we could improve the test-summary script to make
life easier for people in limited environments.  One obvious
improvement would be to have a mode where the script simply dumps the
summary to a file, without the shell goo surrounding it.  The human
doing the testing can then copy it into their preferred mail client
(which may well be on a different system).

Another possible improvement would be to invoke sendmail directly,
instead of indirecting through Mail, thus reducing by one the number
of functional programs required for the script to work.
