[committed] Fix mips/memcpy-1.c after DATA_ALIGNMENT change

Make the array non-common so that it is treated as binding to the
current TU.

Tested on mipsisa32-sde-elf and applied.

gcc/testsuite/
        * gcc.target/mips/mips.exp: Handle -f{no-,}common.
        * gcc.target/mips/memcpy-1.c: Remove redundant dg-do.
        Run with -fno-common.
