Sorry about that. I am right now trying to reproduce the profiledbootstrap problem that H.J. reported, which is on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu where I had successfully done a profiledbootstrap before my commit.
Unfortunately after svn updating my client I am hitting an unrelated build problem with my profiledbootstrap (it can't find the rule to make libc++11convenience.la) which is slowing me down. I don't have access to a gentoo system so I might need your help to track down the error you reported if it doesn't turn out to be the same as the one H.J. hit. If you have a bad .gcda file that you could send me I can start with that. Sounds like there is a profile merging problem that I didn't see, that is corrupting the gcda files in both cases.
