All arm effective-targets using check_runtime use the "_hw" or
"_multilib" suffix, so rename arm_v8_1_lob_ok into arm_v8_1_lob_hw for
consistency.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog
* lib/target-supports.exp: Rename arm_v8_1_lob_ok into
arm_v8_1_lob_hw.
* gcc.target/arm/lob1.c: Likewise.
* gcc.target/arm/lob6.c: Likewise.
