Hello, As suggested by Joseph. Subject says all. This turned out to be easier than I expected: Almost all Makefile rules already include coretypes.h, I only had to adjust something for realmpfr.o.
Bootstrapped on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. OK for trunk? Ciao! Steven
