        PR libstdc++/105678
        * doc/xml/manual/using.xml: Document -lstdc++_libbacktrace
        requirement for using std::stacktrace. Also adjust -frtti and
        -fexceptions to document non-default (i.e. negative) forms.
        * doc/html/*: Regenerate.
