No, this is wrong. How would gcc be able to find the uninstalled libitm.so
and libitm.spec on targets that do support it?
I'm undecided how (and where) best to fix this. One might either handle
it via something like dg-add-options tm_runtime, or could simply move
the tests to libitm/testsuite/libitm.c (if LTO tests work there).
I've not yet tried either of those solutions, though.
