Tobias pointed out that many of our mirrors are listed with the FTP protocol (or FTP host name) when browers like Chrome or Firefox are currently removing support for FTP.
This is the first of several changes I'll be making to adjust our mirror list. Everyone is welcome to make such changes (w/o any extra approval)! Pushed.
