Hi,

This patch adds basic infrastructure for prefixed and PC-relative addresses,
including new predicates and functions to detect when they apply.

Bootstrapped and tested on powerpc64le-unknown-linux-gnu with no regressions.
Is this okay for trunk?

Thanks,
Bill
