These are mostly pre-approved, but there are some slightly non-trivial
cases in frv.c and mips.c.

Successfully bootstrapped & regrtested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.

Successfully built "cc1" binaries on all 197 configurations in
contrib/config-list.mk.
