This patch to libgo adds a missing build tag to runtime/flstack_32bit.go, fixing the build on 32-bit PPC. This should fix GCC PR 78143. Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, which admittedly does not have the problem. Committed to mainline.
