[PATCH][ARM] Add mode to probe_stack set operands

Hi all,

When building the arm backend genrecog complains that the probe_stack set 
expression
doesn't specify any modes.  This patch adds the SI mode annotation and fixes 
the warning

Bootstrapped and tested on arm-none-linux-gnueabihf.
