This is expansion of a MULT of V4HFmode on

(reg:V4HF 107 [ _34 ])

and

(const_vector:V4HF [
        (const_double:HF 2.4993896484375e-2 [0x0.cccp-5])
        (const_double:HF +Inf [+Inf]) repeated x3
    ])

which fails using the smul_optab.  Also fails the same way with spr, but
not with -m64.
