So I fixed a couple more out of bounds reads in LRA that could potentially be
at fault here. I believe Alex O also fixed a sorting or hash issue in IRA/LRA
recently as well.
The problem (of course) is I've never been able to trigger the differences in
behavior. It would be a huge help if we had a git hash which triggered. Until
then I don't think there's a lot we can really do. Moving into a waiting
state.
