I think the test should be split up into separate tests, one for each function,
so you can simply demand that the vect_recog_dot_prod_pattern is detected,
without specifying a number.  That would also allow the "vectorized 1 loops"
test to consider just one
function, and then the test run only if the dotproduct for the particular mode
and signedness is supported.
