We are still getting questions about the `--no-/cygwin` options removed on
*2010-10-07* because a remnant still appears under the *x86 Windows options*
summary in gcc/doc/invoke.texi line 1476 in master.
Attached patch removes the remnant to kill this for good; also submitted to
gcc-patches from home email.
