That line was:
if (pass && (flags & ECF_MALLOC))
{
rtx temp = gen_reg_rtx (GET_MODE (valreg));
^^^^^^^ this one.
rtx_insn *last, *insns;
ICE there would mean we have an ECF_MALLOC call with void reutrn value, but I
think that is both quite unlikely in GCC sources and handle_malloc_attribute
wouldn't have created it.
