The constants were fixed in glibc with
https://sourceware.org/git/?p=glibc.git;a=commit;h=2d10d547c1e41138e439d74105246eca31547693
and for GCC in r250343. This is not going to be backported to older GCC
versions.
Haven't checked sqrtq.
