Since r228176 this is no longer true.  Now the gap of no-LRA and LRA is a bit
wider:

3345527 -> 3334351    -11176 / -0.334058 %

I think now the difference is too big to enable LRA by default for GCC 6.  We
should wait until the number gets better again.
